Motovun is a small medieval town located in the north of Istria, Croatia. This town is filled with a variety of historic buildings , such as the Romanesque-Gothic bell tower with a crenulated crown from the 13th century, standing next to the Parish Church of St. Stephen from the 17th century. In the central square is the Romanesque Municipal Palace, the largest secular building in Istria. Motovun is the perfect venue for a large number of events, the most significant among them being the International Motovun Film Festival. Last month we had the opportunity to visit this city and we were thrilled. We decided to show you a part of it through pictures. Check it out.
