Simple but effective. So we turn our home in a little gym, press play on our best workout Youtube channel, and start burning our calories. Results? Well, we will see.

1. FITNESS BLENDER
Ok, this is definitely our favorite workout channel. It has over 500 different workout videos. You can choose by difficulty, length, training type, calorie burn and more. The exercises are well explained, they look easy but trust us, they’re not, but it’s worth it.
2. YOGA WITH ADRIENE
If you want to try something a bit different, then we recommend Yoga with Adriene. Your body will be much more flexible, and you will feel more satisfied.

3. SUGARYSIXPACK BY NIKI
This is the channel that our friend recommended to us. It is leaded by ACE certified personal trainer and holistic nutrition coach Niki. Her channel includes quick (8-20 min), but effective workouts and also exercise tips.
LA certified fitness instructor, Cassey Ho will push you to the limits that you never thought you could reach. The workouts are really hard, but after a month, you will definitely see the results.
5. POPSUGAR FITNESS
From strength training, cardio, pilates to yoga, on Popsugar Fitness everybody can find the perfect workout for themselves.
