Summer is just around the corner, which means that now it’s the right time to get in shape. We searched on Youtube simple and effective exercises, with which we can relax and feel helthy, and than we ran into Adriene and her 30 Days of Yoga Challenge . She is a yoga teacher, and blogger from Austin (yogawithadriene.com). Every video last about 20-30 minutes, one to do each day, without skipping. You don`t need any special equipment, just a mat and comfortable clothing. Adriene on a very nice way, explains and demonstrates each exercise.Within 30 days, your body should be much more flexible, you will feel more satisfied and your immune system will be stronger. Dolazi toplije vrijeme, ljeto je iza ugla, i sad je pravo vrijeme za dovesti se u formu.Tako smo i mi bili u potrazi za jednostavnim vježbama uz koje ćemo se opustiti i osjećati zdravo, tada smo naletjeli na Adriane, i njezin 30 Days of Yoga Challenge. Adriene je yoga učitelj, iz Austina, ima svoj blog yogawithadriene.com te je možete naći i na youtubu pod imenom yoga with adriene. Videa traju oko 20-30 min, trebate ih raditi svaki dan, i ne treba vam nikakva oprema osim prostirke i ugodne odjeće. Adriene na jako simpatičan način, objašnjava i pokazuje svaku vježbu te ih je vrlo ugodno raditi, čak i ako ne možete neke vježbe izvesti odmah na početku, uvijek vas ohrabri. Kroz 30 dana tijelo bi vam trebalo biti puno fleksiblnije, osjećati ćete se opuštenije, imunološki sustav će ojačati.
