YES To Origami

Did you ever make origami? This traditional Japanese art of paper folding (or other materials) into desired shapes inspires the whole world. We first heard of origami in the book Sadako wants to live (Sadako will leben by author Karl Bruckner). The plot of the book revolves around a girl suffering from leukemia, who is in the desire for healing began to make her 1000 cranes.Β There is charming legend that says if you fold a thousand paper cranes, your wish will come true. Crane in Japanese culture have a very special place, It is a symbol of longevity and immortality, a sign of fidelity, purity, beauty and love.

Inspired by this story, we tried to make our own cranes, which were extremely hard and of the desired thousand paper cranes, we finished with only three. We believe that we have been insistent result would have been much more successful. But have you ever thought that there is origami jewelry? Exactly this is what we found on Etsy shop. Unusual, colorful and playful, would you say that this jewelry is made of paper? Do something creative like this, and while entertaining, truly deserves all the attention. This jewelry would be perfect for the upcoming spring days, or as an Easter gift, because give someone crane meansΒ  you wish him luck and pledge allegiance.
