How to Wear the Western Boots Trend This Fall

Bring out your inner cowgirl! Western boots are the it-shoe of the season! Street style, Instagram, and the new shoe arrivals on every shopping website are a proof of that.

As you might expect, the history of cowboy boots is full of legends, but still no one really knows who made the first pair. Designed as a practical tool, cowboy boots were low on style but high on function. Many years later, they became popular in Hollywood, and the rest is history. Today, western boots are a MUST HAVE!

If you’re still not ready to invest in a full-fledged cowboy boot, there are plenty of western-inspired styles that will  match your style and personality. We really love the croc-embossed versions! They look good in every season, and they are the easiest way to add instant polish to any outfit.

You might be wondering how to wear them? Admittedly, Western boots can be a bit tricky to pull off. This is probably the reason so many women hesitate to wear them. If you wear them with other boldly Western pieces such as fringe or suede, you will look like you’re wearing a Halloween costume.

So today, we decided to tell you our favorite ways of wearing these boots.

Team the gorgeous floral print dress with a pair of knee-high Western boots. Throw on a knit over the top and classic denim jacket.

Ankle boots should be a staple of every wardrobe. They’re a great shape to pull on and don’t go too far up your leg, meaning that they sit perfectly with jeans.

Make your skirt stand out with the eye-catching addition of a pair of bold Western boots. Add a red lipstick and you’ve got yourself a killer combo.
