If somebody have told you that you will become happy by just putting balm on your lips, would you trust them? If you’re looking for happiness, then this is the article for you. We are probably confusing you, right?
To explain, Oh Yeahh! are first lip balms that increase serotonin levels, commonly known as the happiness hormone. Lip balms contain three carefully selected ingredients that have a series of positive attributes.
First ingredient is Griffonia Simplicifolia. This African plant has a lot of phytotherapeutic features and is often used in pharmaceutical industry as a herbal supplement for depression treatment. It also helps with sleep regulation and enhances your mood. Sounds perfect, right?
.
Next ingredient is kiwi extract. Kiwi is commonly refereed as a vitamin powerhouse, and this exotic fruit that came from China, has more Vitamin C than oranges and other citrus fruits. It is a great source of potassium, which is great for high cholesterol, fibers, vitamins A and E. It contains flavonoids and carotenoids which protect the body from free radicals.
Next ingredient is definitely our favorite, cocoa. Just the thought of cocoa makes us happy, don’t you agree? However, cocoa does wonders for you skin, and is also referred as a superfood or food of the gods. It contains more than 300 chemical substances with positive effects on health, and it has three times more antioxidants than green tea. Cocoa is extremely rich in antioxidants, which ,among others, contains catechins and polyphenols which are believed to protect from heart disease, carcinoma and a whole string of other diseases. And that’s not all, cocoa also contains serotonin and dopamine, also known as happiness hormones.
So, what effects did this lip balm had on us? Did it made us happier?
First, balm comes in super cute packaging, and we were thrilled about safety screw thread. Not only is it cool to use, this way the product is more protected. Oh Yeahh! offers five shades, and the two us got silver and violet. Another positive about this products is SPF15. Price is $13.
But, how did this product worked for us? Were we happier? Thing is, we just cached a cold when we started testing it. When we get a cold, we always have dry and chapped lips, but thanks to Oh Yeahh! we didn’t get those this time! Are we happy because of that? YES, we are! Even going to the oral surgeon for wisdom tooth extraction wasn’t so stressful, maybe also because of Oh Yeahh! lip balm, or maybe because of chocolate pancakes. We’ll let you be the judge!

October 14, 2019The change from summer to fall always makes my lips dry out. Normally, I use a handmade balm but the tin I keep it in is very hefty. I love the compact neatness of this, and the packaging, so mayhap I will try it this season. 😊
