Minerals in sea salt are beneficial for your skin too. They make it smoother and shinier. Although we are from Slavonia, we spent a part of our lives on the coast, and we have say that the sea got under our skin, deep. Because we that, we don’t just use sea salt in our kitchen but as a part of our beauty routine as well. We first started using it in body scrubs, then baths, and now with scalp scrub. Sea salt has truly became a ruler of our beauty routine, and we say ruler, we really mean it. Because of that, we decided to share some of our favorite recipes with you.

Scalp scrub

Do you have problems with hair loss, dandruff or is your haiur lifeless and greases up quick? It is possible that you may need a scalp scrub. We all know about body and facial scrubs, but a lot of people don’t use scalp scrubs. But, by doing this scrub, you will remove dead skin cells and improve the blood flow of the scalp, which is very important to hair growth. This scrub that we do two times a month has only two ingredients, and we are sure that everyone has them in their kitchen. Sea salt and olive oil. We already told you about the benefits of sea salt on our body, but it also detoxicates the scalp, and the minerals will make your hair shiny. Olive oil is anti-inflammatory, anti oxidant, and rich in vitamins it will feed your scalp with valuable nutrients. Mix these two together and add them on your scalp using circular finger motion. Then wrap your hair in a damp warm towel and leave it for 15 minutes. After that, wash your hair as you usually do.

Ingredients: 2 spoons of sea salt and 2 spoons of olive oil
