Today we’re sharing our favorite baking soda tricks for flawless skin. You’ll be amazed by what it can do!

Due to its anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties, baking soda reduces acne by drying out the pimples and getting rid of excess oils on the skin.

Mix 1tsp baking soda with 2 tsp honey to get a smooth paste. Apply it onto your face in a thin layer. Let it sit for 5 minutes and then rinse off with lukewarm water. Finish by applying moisturizer.

Mix 1tbsp baking soda with 1 cup of water. Apply it onto your face, and then rinse off with lukewarm water. Use this toner 2 times a week instead of your regular toner.

An old trick  that works well, and is super easy to make. All you need is one teaspoon of honey and one teaspoon of baking soda. Mix them up until you get a really thick paste. Now all you have to do is smear it over your lips and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water and finish by applying a lip balm.

This is honestly our favorite beauty hack that we discovered. All you need is 1tbsp tooth paste, 1tbsp baking soda, and a bit of water.  Mix all together and simply apply some of the mixture to an old tooth brush and apply to the nose/cheek area. Use a combination of circular brush motions, and then wash it off.

Baking soda can dry out the skin, so apply a hydrating moisturizer immediately afterwards to help prevent dry skin. Also, if you experience any burning, redness or itching, baking soda might not be for you.
